Happy New Year
I’ve been eating Whole Food Plant Based for 10 years now. Surprisingly, after 10 years I am still learning. My palette of ingredients keeps getting wider, and my cooking techniques become deeper. Dishes range from simple fast food to relatively complex dishes for special occasions.
My goals are to make the food taste amazing, so my kids and family enjoys the food. I hope to start new traditions based on traditional cuisine with a return to the most wholesome ingredients. During this time I’ve kept recipe notes to share with my kids and others. We have many favorites that I have made probably hundreds of times. Others are relatively new and surprisingly after 10 years I still enjoy cooking.
I’ve made a couple of attempts to share my kitchen experiences, and each ran into difficulties. I’m going to make another attempt.
My first concern is to share the recipes without polish. I want the recipes to be organized and durable. This blog has survived for 10 years already, and is a good place to start again.
Each new recipe will be a separate page with its own permanent link. New pages will be announced with blog posts, and significant updates will also be announced. New recipes will be my focus. I expect to eventually return to my original recipes and update them.
