Banana Oat Bread

Easy. Based on Banana Oat Pancakes, with slightly more flour for less hydration, but still more batter than dough.

Tastes similar to Sasha’s gluten free banana bread.

MAIN
- 4 cups oats (500g)
- 3/4 cup almond milk (180g)
- 3 large bananas (300g water)
SPICE
- 3 tsp vanilla (15g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
LEAVEN
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice  (juice 1 lemon) (45g)


In food processor mix dry ingredients, then add and mix wet ingredients. Pour batter into parchment paper lined bread pan. Bake preheat 350F 40m.
