Potatoes Dumplings And Sauerkraut

Eastern European dish, baked in the oven to brown, instead of frying in fat. Easy to make from leftovers.

PREPARATION
- Steamed Potatoes
- Mashed Potatoes

Key Technique
- Oven bake for crispness and browning instead of pan fry with fat.

MAIN
- 2 cups steamed potatoes, cubes
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 3 cups potato dumplings, chopped
- 2 cup sauerkraut, drained


In casserole dish, gently stir ingredients together. Bake 450F 30-40m or until brown.
