Apple Sauce

Nothing could be simpler. Fresh tastes sweeter than commercial apple sauce. No added sugar or preservatives. Often use apple sauce as recipe or baking sweetener. 1 apple = 1/2 cup apple sauce.

4 medium apples makes 2-1/2 cups applesauce.

Uses
- Apple Porridge
- Bread with Apple Sauce
- Potato Pancakes
- Pumpkin Pie
- Brownies
- Cookies

MAIN
- 4 apples, cored and cut into chunks


Slice apples to remove core. Apples are soft, so start at low speed and use tamper to get blending started. No water is necessary.
